Who We Are

The Lewis A. Drummond Center for Great Commission Studies is the heart of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Our goal is to serve Christians, local churches, and Christian leaders by engaging with issues and ideas that affect how we obey Jesus’ command to make disciples of all nations. We are committed to the task of training and equipping every believer to engage in God’s mission.

Mission Trips

Southeastern sends hundreds of students all over the world every semester. These trips are an incredible opportunity to GO with our professors to see what God is doing all over the world, and participate in His amazing work among the nations there.

Upcoming Events

The CGCS hosts conferences, meals, conversations, seminars, and other events throughout the year in order to equip and network our students as they seek to GO proclaim the good news among the nations. See what we’ve got going on, and join us!

Mentorship

The Mentorship Program is designed to equip a number of students interested in thinking critically about evangelism, missions & spiritual disciplines in light of the Great Commission. The goal is to create a culture of students who are spiritually prepared to bring the gospel to the nations.
