Mission Trip Summary

The Financial Aid Office has created a scholarship for students specifically going on mission trips. The scholarship will go towards their tuition for the next semester. Filling out this brief survey after going on the mission trip will make you eligible for this scholarship, regardless of your answers. Completing this form will not guarantee you will receive this scholarship, but you will not be eligible to receive the scholarship without completing this form. We are not looking for “glowing reviews” but your honest feedback.
