Welcome to the website/blog for the Center for Great Commission Studies at Southeastern Seminary. We are glad you are joining us here. As you may notice, we are kicking off a new initiative through this website. Our goal is to develop and provide encouragement and instruction about living Great Commission lives and leading Great Commission churches or organizations. We have put together a team of contributors who are missiologists and missionary practitioners with expertise in international missions, urban missions, church planting, evangelism, church growth and revitalization, missional living and missionally theology/missiology. Our goal is for this site to serve as a “go-to” place for you as you seek to join king Jesus on his mission to seek and save those who are lost.
Our goal is to serve Christians, local churches, and Christian leaders by engaging in online conversations about issues and ideas that can affect how we obey the command of Jesus to make disciples of all nations. Southeastern Seminary is committed to this Great Commission and this website is one of the ways we want to equip and encourage as many people as possible to embrace this call and walk with Jesus as he remains with us until the end of the age.
Check out our Contributor list and we would love for you stay connected and up to date with the CGCS as we seek to provide resources for all those joining Jesus in His mission.
