Echoing an Appeal

Keelan Cook made a passionate appeal to Southern Baptists, especially the younger generation, to press into the life of the Convention. He lays out the significance of the cooperative effort known as the Southern Baptist Convention has had historically and missiologically. I would encourage you to not skip this blog because you assume it is just another history lesson. I can attest that my heart was stirred, possibly for the first time, to wear being a Southern Baptist with pride. Between Russ Moore’s stand for religious freedom, a successful Crossover, and JD Greear’s humble decision, we (Southern Baptists) had a good week. There’s more to celebrate than meets the eye.┬áBut, I’ll let Keelan fill you in on that:
