East Asia: June 8-19

East Asia

251 unengaged unreached people groups in East Asia totaling 12.3 million in 41 countries throughout the world have yet to hear the Good News.

Next Summer, we’re excited to go to East Asia to proclaim Jesus where so many have never heard. Greg Mathias will be the leader, working with nationals and previous SEBTS students who are burdened for the various people groups of the region. Just a few details here, the team will be building relationships, encouraging local believers, and seeing the great lostness among the people groups, especially related to how various ethnic and racial tensions express themselves in the culture. A major instrument of gospel proclamation is through English Corners, a place where your topics of conversation can lead to someone coming to know Christ. Also, the team will prayer walk through places where Islam has a strong hold on the hearts and minds of the people. Even still, you’ll see how Eastern religions mix and clash in the cultural landscape.

Dates: June 8-19, 2015

Cost: $2500
