Today ask the Lord to guide you to a person in whom he is already working. Pay attention to a Divine Appointment by thinking about these questions.
Is someone talking to me about a problem so large they cannot solve it alone?
Is someone asking a question that reveals curiosity about deeper theological concerns, things like evil, beauty, good, sin, eternity?
Is someone talking about God? Or religion or church?
If the answer to any of these question is “yes,” you may be seeing God at work. Stop where you are and ask some probing questions to see if they are indeed interested in gospel conversations.
The Great Commission Studies (CGCS) is the hub of Southeastern’s Great Commission efforts, helping develop students and faculty members who are Great Commission servants of their local churches. The CGCS serves the Southeastern community in four major areas: academics, research, mobilization, and convention relationships.
