Nowadays door-to-door evangelism is out of style. It’s not the best way to reach people nor is it the only way. But it still works (most approaches don’t work if you don’t do them). I had a student this semester go out knocking on doors and discovered most people are quite friendly and many really want to talk about Jesus.
So don’t knock it until you try it (sorry for the pun). Get a friend, knock on doors, and see what God can do.
The Great Commission Studies (CGCS) is the hub of Southeastern’s Great Commission efforts, helping develop students and faculty members who are Great Commission servants of their local churches. The CGCS serves the Southeastern community in four major areas: academics, research, mobilization, and convention relationships.
