When you are talking to someone about Christ and get to the end of the conversation, don’t be afraid to ask for a decision. Experience proves that the two times nerves set in is before the conversation begins and at the end, before asking for a decision.
Conclude your gospel presentation with a question like, “would you like to make a decision for Christ today?” or “Is there any reason you would not like to accept God’s free offer of salvation?”
Don’t let your nerve set in. Prayerfully present the gospel and prayerfully present an opportunity to respond.
